Been a Team Leader is so stress.........
Everything, every single little thing have to handle. With 2 staffs under me, so stress. Both of them are older than me, and know more stuffs than me. My OM wants me to learn thing fast. Haix, 1 of my staff going back to Msia for CNY. I have to pick up fast. Not easy....
